I have used Michelle three times now to find tenants for me and each time she has done a great job. She screens my tenants and allows me to meet them as well when she shows them the houses. She has also done a great job with little details I needed added to my lease agreements for solar and septic tanks. I would highly recommend Michelle and her team!!! Well worth every penny!
